"You don't pay for braces; you pay for confidence. It’s wild to say this, but we actually look forward to orthodontist appointments. I know — bizarre, right? This place has cracked the code. They’ve turned what should be just another chore on an overly packed schedule into something my kids and I genuinely enjoy. The staff ....Think of that one coworker you’d actually hang out with after hours. It’s an office full of personality, warmth, and kindness - no fake customer service voices, no bland interactions. Just good people. It’s like seeing that one relative during the holidays who makes everything better — the one who turns holiday stress into laughter. That’s this office. They take the nervousness and awkward feelings about braces and turn those feelings into confidence. You know when those braces come off you are going to look the part. They’re thorough and next level patient. I ask a lot of questions (about costs, procedures, the why behind everything), and they never rush me. If I forget something, I know I can call and get their full attention.They DO NOT STOP until you are satisfied with your smile, and they do not charge hidden fees or upcharge when something needs tweaking. They have seasonal coloring sheets in the waiting room, coffee with seasonal creamers, candy carts, fun contests, and so much more. I like those little details but that's just me. They don’t stop trying to think outside the box to engage their patients and their families, which turns a mundane trip into pure serotonin."

"I’ve used Robinson Orthodontics (Waxhaw location) for two of my children now and have always been very pleased with everything about their office, services, people and the whole experience. The people are genuine, kind, caring, helpful, and put my children at ease. They are always excited to go. My son wore his braces for two years and even though he didn’t wear his rubber bands (like ever), I was very pleased with the results. His before and after pictures were shocking. My daughter (12) gets hers put on in a few weeks (July 2025) and she’s super excited and counting down the days. We are using Dr Robinson for my daughter and used the other doctor for my son. Both are amazing. They offer affordable pricing and payment plan options and have a replacement option for their retainers after the braces come off, which is a huge perk and it’s not expensive at all. We’ve used it several times already (one time our dog ate it, another time he lost it) and we got another pair very easily and quickly (within a day or two) with no questions asked. I think we pay like $30 each time he needs a new set kind of like an insurance copay. Their office is conveniently located and the checkin process is easy and the kids do it hem self using a self checkin system. We’ve never had to wait long and the appts are quick and easy, and every visit comes with a doctors note for school without even asking. Very pleased with their practice and I highly recommend them."

"We have been consulting Robinson Orthodontics for the past year and a half for myself and my son. My son had a first round of aligners. We went in at a crucial time and they quickly fixed his alignment. The appointments are pretty flexible and they were so willing to accommodate to his school’s schedules. He still has another round to go as he grows up. I currently am on aligners myself (round 2) to treat a misalignment I’ve had since childhood.Every patient is cautiously assessed and provides the best course of treatment considering the patient as a whole. The staff are great and encouraging, the office is pleasant to visit every time. Special thanks to Dr.Natha for giving this mom a smile I’ve never had all my life. "I love Robinson Orthodontics ! As an adult I was always so self conscious about my smile , I always wanted to get braces as a child but didn't have the chance. I'm so glad I was referred originally by Regal Oaks Dental . Originally it was my daughter that was going in to see if she was ready for her braces. DR. ROBINSON explained that she still need more time and has continued to monitor her progress now she has them 3 years later. Well long story short I actually ended up getting braces the next day he took xrays and gave me a full consultation about my treatment. 2 years later I have perfect teeth. "Dr. Robinson is fantastic! My fourth child begged me not to go back to our existing orthodontist for phase 2 of his treatment. So I scheduled evaluations with three other orthodontist and let my son choose. He chose Dr. Robinson. I’m so glad he did.Dr. Robinson treated my forth and fifth child. Their teeth are straighter and their bites are much better than my first three children under a different orthodontist. Arguably, my last two children had even more complex issues to resolve.Dr. Robinson treated my children like his children. My fifth child needed a second open heart surgery. Dr. Robinson looked at me and said he wanted to take her braces off. He didn’t want her to have to deal with caring for her braces while recovering from surgery. He would put the braces back on at no charge when she was recovered. It was more than a year before she was ready. He was clearly looking out for my daughters health and safety. Taking her braces off was not something I even considered or requested. But it was definitely easier on her.If you are looking for an orthodontist that has both skill and compassion, it is Dr. Robinson. His staff is pleasant and his assistants are gentle as well. We definitely had to drive further to see Dr. Robinson, but it was well worth the extra mileage to receive treatment from him. A big thank you to him and everyone in his office!"
