"Thank you for reading! The associates are short with customers. Rude as hell in some cases. I was told today my kids retainer wouldn't be done anytime soon. I live a hour away so I mentally prepared to do that trip a second time. They called the ex-wife and told her the retainer was done 40 mins after I left. So now I have to go back. The cowards couldn't call me? Keep in mind when dealing with them they don't see a person in need, they see money.This is the original review. I was reached out by the business. Everyone from the front office to the young lady who put the braces on my kid to the doctor were WONDERFUL AND PROFESSIONAL ! I couldnât have asked for better service than this! They donât rush and they are very detailed. Another office on the other side of town wanted to put a spacer in my daughterâs mouth two years ago. When we moved to mint hill I wanted to get a 2nd opinion so went to Robinson- best decision ever. We got the care she truly needed and we trust the process. "I love Robinson Orthodontics ! As an adult I was always so self conscious about my smile , I always wanted to get braces as a child but didn't have the chance. I'm so glad I was referred originally by Regal Oaks Dental . Originally it was my daughter that was going in to see if she was ready for her braces. DR. ROBINSON explained that she still need more time and has continued to monitor her progress now she has them 3 years later. Well long story short I actually ended up getting braces the next day he took xrays and gave me a full consultation about my treatment. 2 years later I have perfect teeth. I feel truly blessed that we met Robinson . He truly cares so much for each and every single person that comes thru his door. Never forgets a name never forgets a tooth. Him and his staff are so sweet and caring. They truly love what they do and you can tell by the work ethic they have. I can't say thank you enough.
